Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products (edible cold-pressed oils), we follow a strict and transparent return policy.

• Returns are accepted only in case of damage or leakage during transit.

• To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos/videos of the damaged product.

• The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original condition.

• Once your claim is verified and approved, we will initiate a replacement or refund within 5–7 working days.

Please note:

• We do not accept returns for reasons such as personal taste, texture, or natural color variations.

• Used or opened products will not be accepted under any condition.
